What are Performance Driven Creator Ads?
Performance Driven Creator Ads are ads created by our family, the Mighty McClures, specifically designed to run in paid advertising campaigns.
Unlike traditional influencers who charge large upfront fees, we create the ads at no cost and only earn money if the ads actually run and scale.
If the ads perform well and generate ad spend, we receive a percentage of that spend.
Simply put: when your ads win, we win.
Who creates the ads?
All ads are created by the Mighty McClure family.
With nearly 10 million followers and billions of views, we understand how to tell stories, capture attention, and create content that connects with audiences.
Depending on the product, the ads may feature:
- Justin (dad)
- Ami (mom)
- Ava & Alexis (the twins)
- Jersey (our son)
We choose the combination that best fits the product and audience.
Why are ads free (to create)?
Most creators charge thousands of dollars upfront to make content. We do the opposite.
We create the ads at no upfront cost because our compensation comes from ad spend if the ads scale.
This model allows brands to test multiple ads without paying large production fees, while giving us a strong incentive to create content that actually performs.
If the ads don’t run or don’t scale, we don’t make money.
If the ads succeed and generate significant spend, then we participate in that success.
How many ads do we receive?
Most partnerships include 3–5 ads.
Every ad we create is designed specifically for paid advertising.
Brands must test all ads in their Meta campaign manager, since sometimes the unexpected creative becomes the top performer.
If additional content is desired beyond ads, that can be discussed separately.
Do brands send product?
Yes.
Brands must send the product (or any materials needed for filming) to our studio.
Shipping and logistics are handled by the brand.
Once we receive the product, production begins.
How long does it take to receive ads?
Production typically takes about 7 days after we receive the product.
After the ads are delivered, they can be placed into the campaign manager and begin running shortly after.
Who runs the ads?
Brands can choose either option:
Option 1 — Brand runs ads
Most brands simply run the ads through their own Meta Ads Manager.
Option 2 — McClure Media runs ads
If a brand does not have media buying experience, we can manage the campaigns. This would be discussed separately.
Our goal is to make sure the ads have the best chance to scale.
What platform(s) are the ads for?
Our ads are designed primarily for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Meta remains the strongest platform for ecommerce ad performance.
We also offer YouTube integrations, which are separate campaigns.
How does payment work?
We earn a percentage of ad spend generated by the ads we create.
The structure works like this:
- 15% of ad spend up to $50,000
- 10% of ad spend after $50,000
- 7.5% of ad spend after $100,000
As campaigns scale, the percentage decreases.
This model aligns incentives so we are motivated to help brands create ads that actually work.
Example of ad spend scenario:
Let’s say three ads we created are running:
Ad 1 spend: $10,000
Ad 2 spend: $5,000
Ad 3 spend: $3,000
Total ad spend = $18,000
Our compensation would be 15% of $18,000, which equals $2,700.
Every ad we create has the potential to scale, and we receive a percentage of the total spend across all ads running.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Yes. We work with brands that are serious about scaling.
Minimum monthly ad spend is $10,000 per month, which averages about $330 per day.
Anything below that usually doesn't provide enough data for Meta’s algorithm to properly optimize campaigns.
Are results guaranteed?
No.
No agency, creator, or media buyer can guarantee performance.
What we do guarantee is that we will care about your product, your brand, and your success.
If the ads do not scale, we don’t make money.
If the ads succeed, we both win.
Can ads be whitelisted?
Yes. Brands can run ads directly from McClure creator accounts, which often increases credibility and engagement.
Whitelisting can be structured in two ways:
$300 per ad
Or a negotiated percentage of ad spend
This can be discussed depending on campaign needs.
Who owns the content?
McClure Media retains the intellectual property for the content.
Brands receive the finished ads to use within their ad campaigns.
Once the campaign has concluded, the brand can use the content for other marketing purposes.
Raw footage is not included unless negotiated separately.
What access does McClure Media need?
At minimum, we request Data Analyst access to the Meta Ads account.
This allows us to view campaign performance and provide insights on what creatives are working and where improvements can be made.
We do not require full account control.
What happens when ads perform well?
That’s exactly what we want!
Winning ads can be scaled while weaker creatives are paused.
We typically allow each ad enough time and budget to determine whether it has potential before turning it off.
Successful ads may run until they begin to fatigue.
Why does ad spend matter?
In paid advertising, ad spend is a signal of performance.
Meta’s algorithm naturally pushes more budget toward ads that are converting and performing well.
If an ad begins generating sales at a profitable cost, Meta will automatically allocate more budget to that creative.
That means:
More spend → more reach → more sales.
Because our compensation is tied to ad spend, we are motivated to help brands create ads that Meta’s algorithm wants to scale.

Do you offer YouTube integrations?
Yes. YouTube integrations are separate from the ad-spend model.
Promotions appear within our YouTube videos and are priced based on the length and scope of the integration.
YouTube campaigns start at $5,000.
